Governor Jim Gibbons (below center) holds the National Children’s Memorial Flag with (from l to r) Kim Schweikert, Phil Ulibarri, Fernando Serrano, Candy Hunter, and Chrystal Main.  This flag will fly in front of the Capitol on April 27, 2007, to recognize National Children's Memorial Flag Day, a national campaign directed at the tragedy and violent deaths of children.  Nevada is proud to be part of the national initiative to reduce child mortality.
