WHEREAS, Ricky Kennedy who has served the Great State of Nevada with dedication and distinction for nearly 20 years, working for the Department of Welfare and Supportive Services, Department of Health and Human Services; and

WHEREAS, Ricky Kennedy began his career as an Eligibility Certification Specialist on November 20, 1989; and

WHEREAS, Ricky Kennedy is known for his commitment to the Welfare Division and its goals by his professionalism and a positive attitude with his co-workers and clientele; and

WHEREAS, Ricky Kennedy’s skills and experience obtained from the military have been tapped throughout his career to provide work ethics that has given him respect from his peers; and

WHEREAS, Ricky Kennedy, has displayed exceptional commitment and dedication with the State of Nevada, I would like to thank and commend him for his many years of devoted and honorable service and extend our best wishes for a healthy, happy and fulfilling retirement;
